The service
Agentform is an agentic form product. You describe a conversation, respondents answer in chat, and completed records can be stored, exported, sent to a webhook, or read over MCP. The site is tellme.sh. The operator is Mosnin Co..
Accounts are individual. There are no organization workspaces, seats, or admin roles. You are responsible for the Clerk identity you use and for every form published on that account.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be able to enter a binding agreement and must provide accurate information to Clerk. Keep your session and API keys secret. We may suspend or delete an account that abuses respondents, the MCP interface, uploads, or infrastructure.
Your content
You own your form copy, field definitions, and the submissions you collect. You grant Agentform a limited license to host, process, display, and deliver that data as you configure, including to OpenRouter, OpenAI (voice), Wasabi, Convex, Clerk, and any webhook or MCP client you enable.
You must have a lawful basis to collect respondent data. Do not use the product to collect data you are not allowed to process. Do not upload malware or content that is illegal to host.
Agents and models
Builder and form conversations are sent to model providers so the agent can choose the next field and interpret answers. Outputs can be wrong, incomplete, or unexpected. You are responsible for reviewing published forms and for how you use submissions.
Plans
The free plan is enforced in product: three published forms, monthly submission and upload caps, and a file size and type allowlist. Pro features such as hiding branding are not billed on this site yet. Signed-in users can join an in-app Pro waitlist from Settings. We have not enabled payment processing.
Acceptable use
- Do not attack, scrape, or overload the service.
- Do not share MCP keys or treat them as public tokens.
- Do not impersonate Agentform or tellme.sh.
- Do not use forms to harass people or to collect data under false pretenses.
Availability
The service is provided as available. We do not promise uptime, model quality, or that a particular provider will remain connected. We may change features as the product develops.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Mosnin Co. is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages arising from use of Agentform. The product is offered without a formal warranty. If a court finds a limit unenforceable, the rest of these terms still apply.
These terms do not name a specific court or country of incorporation. Mosnin Co. has not published an entity address on this site. If you have a dispute, email mosninco@gmail.com first.
Changes
